I definitely thought about putting Jason Williams on that list, but figured he ranked behind the Heatles role players. I usually rank Mario Chalmers ahead of him on the all-time Heat Point Guard list.

I used to put Glen Rice and Steve Smith on this list, but after multiple runs to the Finals and Conference Finals, I've ultimately decided they're just not on that level.

Good call on all those guys tho. I also like putting Caron Butler and Lamar Odom on the list, but they weren't around long enough.

Shoutout to Brian Grant and PJ Brown while we're at it, those guys were "Heat Culture" before it was a thing

Not at the top of the list but a couple could battle for spots in the bottom of the top ten. The others were just favorites that I wanted to mention. I think of Glenn Rice as our first star. But White Cocolate went wild in our championshp clinching game and that should never be forgtten.

I'm okay with putting all of those guys ahead of LeBron and Shaq, but UD and Zo belong on that list!

Also, no argument putting Riley first. I wish I'd thought of that

No Goran there?

Goran was a tough cut. So were Eddie Jones and Lamar Odom. Hell, Shaq won a title and was second in MVP voting and he came in 8th! The Heat have had a lot of good players

I know its difficult, it comes down which players you like.

Yeah, Tim Hardaway is definitely a sentimental pick. I tried to base it on winning. Most of the guys on that list were either best or second best players on teams that were top of the East for multiple years, or else important players on Championship teams.

Goran was an important player on a team that didn't win a Championship, and the best player for a team that wasn't on top of the East. He's in the same category as Eddie Jones. Putting those two ahead of Tim Hardaway or the Heatles Role Players is a fair choice. But neither one is top-8
