Make 3s so they don't have much chance at rebs. We can "advise" Spo all we can abt lineups but I trust the hc and co to do their job. The D is there just Murray went bonkers and Jokic was himself. 3 wins. Hope its 2 after this game. Go Heat!!

We were essentially fine defensively. If Denver is barely clearing 100 points we can't have that second unit forget how to attack switches. In other words there was a lot we can clean up, and hopefully we shoot better.

While I’d rather be wrong about this, I feel thinking that Spo will use Yurt in key minutes is a bit of fool’s gold. Yes, he’s a big body and LAST YEAR he definitely showed he can rebound and score, but this year, in his very limited minutes, all he’s shown is he looks slow and lost on defense and is foul prone. I still think he gets in the mix next season.

Highsmith has shown in most of his opportunities this postseason that he can really play with the big boys. I’m hoping to see plenty of him in this game.

Yep. Same thoughts abt Yurt. But who knows, Spo might have something up his sleeve and one of it might be just that.

Heat must play with desperation, as Denver did in Game 3. Highsmith must be used much more. Lowry, Robinson and Strus should be used limited minutes, unless they are scoring. Spo should give Yurtseven a shot at defending Jokic if Zeller is ineffective. Miami must leave it all on the court.

GO HEAT!!!

Spo needs to use Highsmith and Yurtdsevern more, not just in the 4th quarter. Yurtsevern is a much needed effective big man who can block shots and make shots. For the Heat to win, all 5 of the 3-point shooters need to be shooting threes.

Put highsmith on jokic. Put bam on gordon. Hear me out lol hh can just stay with jokic and keep high hands (potential nickname), plus he can prob get through screens quicker, and that wingspan might help deflect a pass or two. Everybody's been talking about make jokic a scorer, nonsensically or otherwise. This is as close as you can get to giving the man an incentive to look for his own shot. The more jokic dribbles tonight, the better I will feel about a nugs possession. Bam can lightly float off gordon, be in rebounding position better, and he can take away anybody else's chances at the rim like nobody else on the squad.

As for murray, we need a solid showing from jimmy, or failing that, put jimmy on mpj/kcp/bb/cb duty and lets use caleb's legs. He's got the motor to keep up and contest, and jimmy can get parked on somebody less capable of creating their own shot and we might even see the great lane ambusher stop an attack or two.

As for offense, bro I got nothing. The scheme works when mfers make their shots, jimmy and bam included. If they come out whiffing, wtf can you really do?

Nice wrinkle ... don't know if that plays into nuggets hands of desperate ... but i like the wrinkle; heck ... you can try that in late 1st qtr or early 2nd qtr and see if its effective

I'd like to see more kyle lowry pick/roll with Bam or butler ... need to pull joker out of the paint or get him in foul trouble

Ultimately, I think keeping a capable and reliable defender or jokic and murray, and straight up sheisty mugging everybody else is prob what's gna win us this possession battle. Heat need HEAT physicality tonight.

I feel the same way going into this game as I did in Game 6 against the Celtics. It's the most important game of the year for the Heat, I think they'll play their asses off, and I think that if they don't win this game they can't win the series. I was wrong on most counts about Game 6, so there's that.

LET'S GO HEAT

A few notes on tonight's game

- Role players should play better tonight

- Jimmy will bring more energy to the game tonight than wednesday

- Heat team should draw more fouls this game and need to get Murray/Joker into foul trouble ... lets see what happens when the duo cant play for 44+ min

Go Heat!

The key is to be much better in all areas as 2 days ago. Its just that simple.

I think this will be the best game from Heat in this series, a true bounce back game.
